- Personal data collected: The information that the User provides us when filling out the contact form, that is, the name and email address.
- Purpose: To provide you with a means to contact us and answer your information requests, including by electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Legitimation: Your consent when requesting information through our contact form.
- Conservation: Once your request has been answered through our form or by email, if it has not generated a new processing.
Email Communications
- Purpose: To answer your information requests, attend to your petitions, and respond to your queries or doubts. If we receive your Curriculum Vitae, your personal and curricular data may form part of our databases to participate in our present and future selection processes.
- Legitimation: The user's consent when requesting information through the email address or when sending us their data and Curriculum Vitae to participate in our personnel selection processes.
- Conservation: Once your request has been answered by email, if it has not generated a new processing. In the case of receiving your Curriculum Vitae, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.
4. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
For the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, Bigblue may need to use certain services provided by third parties, which may involve access by these third parties to users' personal data.
In all cases, the purposes for which the data may be processed by third parties are limited to the purposes of maintenance, development, and control of the contractual relationship established with them, authorizing the processing of your data for these purposes. In no case will such third parties use the data for their own purposes.
